Privacy Policy

1. Who I Am

I'm Evelyn Pacitti — a wellbeing technologist based in the Netherlands. This site is run by Tronquil Development, doing business as Energy Marbles.

Every relationship — even the one between you and a website — should be built on mutual respect and trust. Your data stays yours. My job is to collect as little as possible, be transparent about what I do have, and never sell it.

2. What I Collect

Information you give me

If you contact me, book a session, or subscribe to my newsletter, you might share your name, email, or other details. I only have what you explicitly choose to give.

Anonymous site analytics

I use Fathom Analytics — a privacy-focused analytics tool that doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal information. It tells me things like which pages people visit, not who those people are. Fathom is GDPR compliant without requiring consent.

Energy Quiz responses

If you take the Energy Quiz, your responses are stored anonymously in my database. No names, no emails, no way to identify you — just the answers themselves. This works the same way as Fathom: anonymous data that helps me understand how people are feeling in general.

Content interactions

Things like likes and content preferences are stored anonymously in my database. No identifying information — just aggregate patterns.

Server logs

My hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, pages viewed. This is standard infrastructure, not tracking.

3. How I Use It

• To provide services you've booked
• To respond to your messages
• To improve the website based on anonymous usage patterns
• To send you my newsletter (only if you subscribe)
• To comply with legal obligations

I genuinely do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties. That's not how I operate — and it never will be.

4. Services I Use

I use a small number of trusted services to run this site and my business. Here's exactly what they are and what they do:

Website & analytics

• Vercel — hosting (US-based, with edge locations)
• Supabase — database for site content, anonymous quiz data, and interactions (EU servers)
• Fathom Analytics — privacy-focused analytics, no cookies, no personal data (EU processing)

Booking & scheduling

• Zeeg — scheduling (processes your name and email when you book)
• Google Calendar — calendar sync for booked sessions

Payments

• Stripe — payment processing
• Mollie — payment processing

Communication & contracts

• Proton — encrypted email
• Sproof — digital contract signing
• Mailcloud — newsletter (only if you subscribe)

No advertising networks. No social media trackers. No Google Analytics.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Whether you're in the EU or anywhere else — I extend the same rights to everyone:

• Access — ask what data I hold about you
• Rectification — ask me to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask me to delete your data
• Portability — get a copy in a standard format
• Object — object to how I process your data

6. Data Retention

• Contact data (name, email from enquiries or bookings): up to 2 years, then deleted.
• Anonymous data (quiz responses, content interactions, analytics): retained indefinitely, as it can't be linked to any individual.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe and Mollie under their own retention policies. I don't store your card details.

7. Cookies

I use a minimal number of cookies — mostly essential ones. For the full picture, see the Cookie Policy.

8. Children

This site isn't directed at anyone under 16. I don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe I have, contact me and I'll delete it immediately.

9. Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. I'll update the date at the top when I do. No sneaky changes — if something significant shifts, I'll make it clear.
